Refund Policy

We at HolyWaste® assert our intentions to delight our customers by enhancing their online shopping experience. Hence, we look forward to extending our extensive support at all times to guarantee the quality of products bought on our website.  

We would also urge you to consider that all HolyWaste® products are made with natural ingredients and hence some discoloration is expected. This however shall not negatively affect its utility or efficacy. Likewise, product and/or package images seen on the website may vary slightly from their original colors owing to the nature of photography.  

HolyWaste® products are handcrafted and this makes every piece unique. Variation from one piece to another is to be expected and not seen as a defect. You agree to understand and appreciate these above-mentioned nature/features of HolyWaste® products whilst placing an order or buying HolyWaste® products.   

However, Customer Delight is paramount to us and in case the product is not the same as the product shown on the website or is damaged, we offer returns on the products bought on our website. Products should be returned in their original condition. Following are our simple policies regarding returns: 

  1. Products that are eligible for a return, can be returned within 2 days of receiving the merchandise. 
  2. The HolyWaste® Support team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will process a return pick-up. 
  3. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Invoice. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order. 
  4. Once your return has been authorized, you will have to keep the product in a properly packed position along with the original invoice. 
  5. Our Return Shipping Partner shall then pick up the product/s and deliver it to us. 
  6. On pick up of the return order, we’d be happy to process your refund within 2-5 working days after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks. 
  7. If you wish to receive the refund directly into your bank account, we would require your Account Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code to make the transfer. 
  8. International orders are not eligible for returns. 
  9. We aim to process all returns within one (1) week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to the HolyWaste® Support Team at holywaste@oorvi.org
  10. Please note that if you wish to return a product for any reason not mentioned in point 11, the cost of the courier shall be borne by you. We shall refund the amount minus Rs. 200/- (adjusted towards COD, shipping, and bank charges). 

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions: 

  • Defective/Damaged Product 
  • Product significantly different from the Product’s Specifications 
  • Wrong Size/ Style / Count 
  • Incorrect Quantity 
  • Wrong Product Delivered 
  • Part of the Product is missing  

EXCEPTIONS: 
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions: 

  • Product is damaged due to use, misuse/mishandling 
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories. 
  • Damaged products reported after 2 days. 
  • Product or box is damaged due to misuse  
  • Product is used or altered. 
  • If it is specifically mentioned on any product.
